INITIAL CONSULTATION (up to 45mins)

During the initial consultation our focus is on collecting information from each patient to gather a clear understanding of their general health and present condition. The assessment will enable the chiropractor to gather an understanding of the patients concerns and issues and ultimately determine the appropriate treatment required.
A thorough examination of the patient including postural, neural, range of motion, functional and orthopaedic testing, and an extensive palpatory evaluation will be conducted. Potential referral for scans or referral to your GP for further investigation will be discussed if required.

REPORT OF FINDINGS (up to 45mins)
Regular: $85
Concession: $75
If it is required, a report of findings is where the chiropractor will spend time assessing and presenting you any findings on your XRAY images. From there, an appropriate treatment plan will be determined or a referral to your GP for further investigation may be discussed if required. Treatment (if required/ permitted) & rehabilitative stretches/ exercises to take home and perform are also included.
STANDARD APPOINTMENTS / RETURN VISITS (up to 20mins)
Regular: $65
Concession: $58
Includes; treatment and a review of any further recommendations regarding ongoing exercises.
DRY NEEDLING / RETURN VISITS (up to 15-20mins)
Regular: $75
Concession: $70
Includes; dry needling + chiropractic treatment and a review of any further recommendations regarding ongoing exercises.
EXTENDED APPOINTMENTS (30mins)
Regular: $85
Concession: $75
An extended appointment is where TWO or MORE regions require treatment or, a new complaint is being presented to the clinic where a new history and examination is required.
Chronic Disease Management (CDM) (formerly Enhanced Primary Care or EPC)
Initial Consult: $50 GAP
Return Visit: $30 GAP
The Chronic Disease Management (formerly Enhanced Primary Care or EPC) — GP services on the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) enable GPs to plan and coordinate the health care of patients.

CANCELLATIONS
Pro Chiropractic will send you a courtesy reminder email or sms 1-2 days prior to your appointment. If we don’t hear from you we will attempt to contact you via phone call. If we are still unable to retrieve your confirmation, your appointment may be made available to a patient from our wait list, as we have found that unconfirmed appointments are generally unattended. Patients that are late will also be charged the full consultation price.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours notice.
Please note after several late cancellations or failure to meet your scheduled appointments, a fee will be charged for those who neglect to do so or do not turn up to an appointment. Your understanding is much appreciated.
If you are ill (highly contagious) please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Please respect that we treat a variety of patients and we appreciate your assistance in avoiding the spread of infection.
